Up to 8-HR DAY

  • Guaranteed design bench space in the workroom (for one person)
  • Use of floral design supplies such as, wires, tapes, hot glue.
  • Processing area including floral preservatives and water source. (Need buckets to take with you? You can add-on the buckets the "Fillers" area)
  • Access to loading dock & carts for ease of loading and unloading. 
  • Free Wi-Fi 
  • Rest Room, Kitchen and Break Room
  • Trash, Electricity and Water are included.



Up to FOUR 8-HR DAYS within a month.

  • Includes everything in the "Ranunculus Package" 
  • Guaranteed access to the studio for 4 days during the course of one month. Use it for one event or two!
  • Guaranteed two shelving carts space inside the cooler to store flowers and/or designs.
  • Overnight storage; for example, come in an process one day and design another!
  • Ability to schedule time slots in the consult room or private office.

After submitting the client information sheet, you can expect contact within 24 hours to set-up your reservation, answer any questions you may have, and process payment.

The Floral Workspace is open from 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

*Other special weekend hours for design pick-up may be available upon request*

Unlike traditional shared-office spaces, The Floral Workspace is equipped with the amenities and tools specifically tailored for floral designers; such as a design tables, anti-fatigue mats, refrigeration, processing station, carts, loading dock, and more. 

Our goal is to create a relaxed and comfortable space for all, where designers can unleash their magic.
Similar to most coworking and shared executive office suite spaces, we ask you pick up after yourself and be kind to others. A more detailed list is sent with the confirmation of booking to help you navigate the do's and don'ts of the space.
The Floral Workspace aims be a space that inspires- rather than hinders- the creative process.

With no long-term contracts, we have made canceling as easy as signing up for a package. We do have a standard 7 day notice cancellation policy. The best and easiest way to cancel is by emailing us directly at [email protected]. Refunds are issued when following this policy.

Plenty of parking is available at the back of building. No parking passes are needed. The lot is also spacious enough to handle any larger vehicles that you may have or may need to back into our loading dock. But overnight parking is prohibited, so you will not be able to leave your vehicle especially if you rent one for your larger events.


The Dahlia package allows you to bring an additional designer to share the benchspace - so if you have an extra set of hands, they're welcome to join you!

Client meetings may be scheduled in our consultation room as an accent package for an additional fee. 

Ultimately, we want to make the space work for everyone. If time and space allow, you would be charged for one day (8 hours), but you could split them up into two days (4 hours each day). If you need to work over 8 hours, then the hourly rate of $25/hr goes into effect after the 8 hours per person.

YES! Depending on availability, we'd be happy help you in any way. Just feel free to ask the Studio Manager. We have some hardgood supplies you can purchase; i.e. corsage boxes, ribbon, corsage pins, etc.
To rent certain items, advance notice will be needed in order to have them ready for you.
