WHAT is this? A gathering of fellow entrepreneurs that bring 1 promotional idea to share with others! Then as a group take that idea and brainstorm it into others! Well, we all know that holidays are the busiest times and so this is about taking the time to plan how to optimise these periods so that you aren't losing out on sales  AND, often we are searching to ideas to implement to get us there. What better way then to come together and share with each other!
